sudden addiction

SO what is it about the olympics that gets everybody buzzing. I'm not sure...but I have a few ideas. The greatest athletes from all over the world (basically the closest thing we have to superheroes) come together for a couple of weeks to compete. Suddenly everyone has something buzz about- and a common ground. I think EVERYONE has that place in their heart for the olympics. It's just so...thrilling. What with Phelps, a record breaking greatest athlete of all time, and a 41 year old medalist...USA has a lot to cheer for. EVERY night that I sit down in front of the tube, I find myself addicted, swept in, unable to move for the next few hours till the night ends at midnight or so. At least I know that I'm not the only one in this predicament... :) ...
